MohammadAli Keipour
CEO
Engineer MohammadAli Keipoor was born on September 16, 1970 in Mehdishahr, Semnan province. He graduated from Iran University of Science and Technology (IUST) in 1994 with a degree in metallurgical engineering, specializing in metal extraction. His professional journey began at Iran Ferrosilice in 1996, where he dedicated three decades to various pivotal roles across production, project management, research and development, quality assurance, factory management, and agent management.
Throughout his tenure, Mr. Keipoor spearheaded several notable projects, including the Char project for Ferrosilicon Magnesium production, the HP Ferrosilicon product production project, melt purification project, and Ferrogel research and development initiatives.
His career milestones are outlined below:
- Production shift supervisor from 1996 to 2001
- Acting head of production and manager of the Ferrosilicon Magnesium production project from 2001 to 2005
- Manager of the Char project from 2005 to 2007
- Director of research and development and executive leader of the melt purification project from 2007 to 2009
- Deputy factory manager and research and development manager from 2009 to 2017
- Factory manager from January 2017 to May 2019
- CEO since May 2019 to date
Additionally, Mr. Keipoor serves as the vice chairman of the board of directors of the Iran Ferroalloy Industry Employers Association, a member of the Iran-Germany Joint Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Association of Exporters of Industrial Goods, Minerals, and Engineering Services, and a member of the Industry Managers Association.
